I recently had the privilege to be a sponsor at Expedia’s annual Market Expo, which was in Austin, TX this year. This was a gathering of representatives from the hotel industry in Austin. After a long road trip back home to the Midwest, I ordered a nice popup banner and scrambled to prepare for the event.
The event went flawlessly, and I couldn’t be happier with the speakers – two of the speakers stressed the importance of having high quality images of your property on your web site!
Advice from Kelly Dodd, the Expedia Austin Market Manager:
-Have at least 20 photos on your site
-Show off your amenities with high quality images
-Use High Resolution (large) images
