Reserve At Bull Creek for RMR Real Estate Services

I was contacted by a property manager for the Reserve At Bull Creek (photos on linked site not mine) building A, RMR Real Estate Services to photograph for entry to the TOBY Building Awards. The TOBY Award is a prestigious award that closely evaluates a buildings’ upkeep, appearance, and community involvement among other things.

We had one preliminary scouting day, where we toured the property and went over details such as angles, lighting, execution etc.  The below photo was actually taken towards the end of the project, but I will include it first since it’s different from my usual work.

The Propert Managers photo for the entry. I attached my camera to my 12′ custom built pole to get the elevated view. The flash and shutter were triggered remotely with my CamRanger software.

The first actual shooting day was at twilight.  Due to the quickly changing sunset time coupled with daylight savings, I nearly missed the window  but made it to the roof in time.

The view from up there was spectacular.  The heavy tree covering Building A was in a way an obstacle, but then again what says “beautiful scenery” more than trees surrounding your building?

Exterior from the ground. This was taken to provide a clear shot of the entrance with less tree cover.
